Sung Ming Shu had the pleasure of hosting the 2024 Instructor Training Seminar this past weekend. Instructors from all over traveled to Atlanta to continue learning how to improve themselves, be better instructors and to better serve our students. The weekend was filled with knowledge sharing, physical practice and wonderful camaraderie. Thanks to all who made the journey!

The tree of life dojo was as full as the moon tonight as we welcomed Cuong Nhu members from across the country to kick off the Instructor Training Seminar here in Atlanta. We flowed into the weekend with some Nhu 1 basics, applications and principles.

We have a couple events coming up in our fair turkey month - starting with a Kid's Test November 9th. Later that same day, we will be hosting a game day at the dojo. Bring a game, bring a snack, bring a friend, and we will have a great time.
On November 16, we will be hosting an instructor seminar in Atlanta. This event is black belts only and more details will be shared soon.
