We pride ourselves on being an open and inclusive community. All individuals, regardless of background or ability, are welcome to join us.

Adults classes are suited to those 14 years and older.

Self Defense

Self defense curriculum includes strikes, throws, and escapes from compromising situations. Students work as partners to practice these principles while in a safe and collaborative environment.

Fitness

Classes include warm ups with cardio and strength training. Exercises are geared towards improving students’ mental and physical fitness.

Kata

A kata is a standardized form that students learn to train martial techniques, performance, and expression.

Weapons Training

Cuong Nhu students train with both the tambo (short stick) and bo (staff), learning a combination of strikes, blocks, disarms, and kata.
