We are a traditional martial arts school that has been serving in-town Atlanta since 1981. We are a community-oriented, non-profit school that requires no contracts or experience.
We believe martial arts are good for you physically, mentally and spiritually. Our goal is to build not just better martial artists, but better people.

Kids and adult classes available. We welcome any person of any background. If you want to learn, we want to teach.
From proper self-defense technique to maintaining dignity in failure, Tree of Life is interested in helping our students learn and grow.
